Tracey has always valued the pursuit of knowledge and excellence, which she developed further during her studies at Benedictine University and Loyola University Chicago School of Law. However, knowledge and excellence are only two parts of the equation. The remaining part is humanity. Pam has been in the real estate industry since 1989, and with Tracey Rapp & Associates since the firm began in 1999. Since starting her career, Pam has worked both as a title closer and a paralegal. Over the years, she’s also added office manager to her list of accomplishments. Pam is the backbone of this office and Tracey has frequently said, “Pam has a job for life because no one else can do what she can.” She is the calm in the storm, coordinating every aspect of clients’ closings with the patience of a saint and an unparalleled attention to detail.
